Save the Planet from ourselves!!!

The deathly grip of man slowly strangles the earth squeezing tighter and tighter the planet begins to die. The struggling planet grasp for air as it arteries are clogged with the toxic fumes of modern society. Its blood burns as it seeps from deep with in. Squeezing ever more the planet begins to buckle under the pressure,. Mans greed and selfishness smothers mother natures beauty and splendor, How much more can she take what is our rights and what are our responsibilities. For evil to prevail it take one good man to do nothing. We all have the power to effect our environment we all have the responsibility to care and nurture it.
Many ancient cultures where able to strike a balance with nature. How come with all our advancements and all our technology do we continue to assault the land of her beauty, diversity and richness. There are sustainable farming methods out there. Can we only take what we needed, is it possible for modern society behave to behave this way? Why do we feel its our right to consume and take with out regard for the consequences and with no respect for the future. The shear numbers of our populations are forever expanding and consuming. Is it our right to have as m any children as we see fit? Do we have a responsibility to keep our number down? Will this enabling us to live sustainable? Can we stop global warming before it to late or have we already pushed the earth down the path of no return?

Climate change effects everybody everywhere. Does our selfish consumerism do nothing more than fuel the raging fires that burn or resources and chock our air. Are our wants and desires to blame, are these the reason we sit back and watch the forest being ripped from the land. Modern day society has a lot of to answer for, what future are we leaving our children and our childrens children? Who decides these issues, and who can truly make these decisions, can we be trusted or is it our nature to be greedy and self centered. Has corporate greed clouded our judgment do we care more about profit and less about common human decency. Why does the line blur so much when money rears its ugly head. As we burn through our coal and oils supplies polluting endlessly as we strive for advancement. What will become of modern society where are we headed and who is in control? Can we afford to sit back and let the greedy industrialized money making machines strip the earth bear?

There are better systems, there are better options, there are decent people. Where is the money being spent and what are we doing about it? How passionate are you about the environment? There are many simple things that we can do that will lesson are impact upon the earth. We can all make a difference, stop being sheep, stop doing what your told and stand up for the planet. Use energy efficient globes and appliances push for green energy, recycle plant trees, live sustainably and make the environment our number one issue. All we have to do is care, we must change attitudes and look after the earth. At the end of the day its all we have and once its gone its not coming back.
